2 Orders and Services
Daily Food Hub Orders
- Orders placed for pickup or delivery are subject to availability.
- Prices and menu items may change without prior notice.
Bulk Home Orders & Catering
- Catering and bulk orders require a confirmed quotation and deposit where applicable.
- Final order confirmation is subject to event date, guest count, and menu availability.
Food Boxes & Gifts
- Contents are fixed per box type.
- Prices are inclusive of packaging and applicable taxes.
3 Payments
- • Payments can be made via accepted online methods or at food hubs where applicable.
- • Full payment or a deposit may be required for catering services.
- • All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
- • McRelish is not responsible for payment issues caused by third-party providers.
4 Cancellations and Refunds
Daily Orders
Cancellations are accepted up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Refunds may be partial, depending on preparation costs already incurred.
If the cancellation is within the allowed window and no preparation has begun, a full refund will be issued.
Uncollected Orders: Daily orders must be picked up within the scheduled pickup window. Orders not collected on time are considered forfeited, and refunds may not be issued if the meal has already been prepared.
Bulk Orders & Catering
Cancellation policies are specified in your quotation or booking confirmation. Refunds may be partial depending on preparation costs already incurred.
For large events, deposits may be non-refundable if production has begun.
Food Boxes
Due to perishability, cancellations are accepted only up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Refunds may be partial, depending on preparation costs already incurred.
5 Delivery & Pickup
- • McRelish delivers to areas listed on the website; delivery availability is subject to location and timing.
- • Delivery is handled either by McRelish staff or through a trusted third-party delivery service partner.
- • Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including address, contact number, and any special instructions.
- • For pickup orders at our food hubs, customers must collect orders within the scheduled time to ensure freshness and quality.
6 Liability
- • McRelish is committed to quality, hygiene, and food safety.
- • Liability for any issue related to food consumption is limited to the replacement or refund of the affected meal(s).
- • McRelish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7 Customer Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate information for orders, catering, or inquiries.
- • Notify McRelish of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements in advance.
- • Treat McRelish staff, delivery personnel, and vendors respectfully.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on our website, apps, and communications, including logos, images, text, and recipes, is the property of McRelish or used with permission.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
